Service User’s interested in coming to Richmond Court Residential Home are encouraged to visit the Home and sample the atmosphere and level of service.

We can accommodate up to 21 Residents. Our category includes Dementia- over 65 years of age (21).

Richmond Court can accept both sexes into the home.

We accept residents regarless of your race, colour, sexual identity or religious beliefs. All are welcome at Richmond Court.

A comprehensive assessment of each individual Resident will be done to ensure that the service and facilities we offer meet their needs. It is important that any new Resident fits in and is comfortable in our home.

A prospective Resident may apply directly for a place at Richmond Court Care Home.

Each application is given careful consideration by the home’s management and depending on vacancies a decision to offer a place is made within 24 hours. Where there is no current vacancy it is possible for an applicant to be placed on a waiting list.

 The Fees charged at Richmond Court are in line with current social services rate. There may also be a top up fee applied. All single bedroom measuring in excess of 10 metres squared. (Meeting minimum standards required). The fees will be negitiable and we are happy to price match. We do not believe in charging residents unfair prices that they struggle to afford.

Please note we are competativly priced but still offer a good service to all our residents.

Richmond Court is registered to care for 21 older people and has 19 single bedrooms and 1 double room. (9 single rooms with en-suites facilities). Service users accommodation is on two floors, accessed by a 5-passenger lift. Richmond Court Residential Home is registered with CQC for: Providing Accommodation for People Who Require Personal Care.

There are three lounges and a conservatory for residents to spend thier time in.

There are sufficent toilets which are spread across the care home for ease of access. There is a purpose fitted kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and shower.
