Proprietor: Mr Dharam Sahni
Professional Business Development Specialist with proven skills.
I have a degree in Engineering from Birmingham University – BSc (Hons) and has been a Care Home proprietor since 2003. I have over 35 years of experience of running my own business.
I am flexible, loyal and driven, and I have an excellent understanding of methodologies associated with the care sector, couple with practical financial and personal management knowledge
I was also a manager at Castleview Residential Home for the Elderly in Dudley. I have been the registered manager at Castleview Residential Care Home for the elderly from 2006-2013.. I have a NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as well as the Registered Managers Award with J.S Consultants.
Proprietor: Mrs Sangeeta Sahni
Qualified as a State Enrolled Nurse in 1983 – Registered General Nurse in 1999. I have worked in various Hospitals – Nursing Homes and most recently as a practice nurse in a GP practice. I am fully equip and very conscious of elderly residents – clinical, psychological and social needs. I have been a care manager at Richmond Court since October 2003. Also I am a specialist diabetic nurse and have a Registered Managers Award. I have specialist training in Dementia, Mental Capacity, DoLS, Medication, Dignity and all other mandatory training which is required for the running of the Home.
I attend regular care home meetings with West Midlands Care Association and Skills for Care meetings to insure I am current and up to date with changes in law, legislation and best practice.
Proprietor: Mr Satish Sahni
I gained a University Degree in Business Management BA (Hons) in 2009 at De Montfort University. I have worked full time in the care home since 2009 after graduating. I have gained all my mandatory training plus extra specialist training such as Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, Medication, Diploma in Dementia.
I have completed (NVQ) QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social in Adult Social Care For Registered Managers in 2015.
My role is to assess and improve the quality of care given be it through day to day running, organise care staff of training courses and recruitment.
I take on the responsibility of Quality Assurance and Auditing such as Medication, accidents/incidents, safeguardings, concerns, DoLS, Health and Safety and many more.

Manager: Mrs Jacqueline Spittle

Winner of the Care Home Manager of the Year Award from West Midlands Care Association 2021. 

I originally started as a care assistant and quickly worked my way up the ranks to become a Registered Manager.

I have also supported/ troubleshooted a group of homes in a Regional Managers Role.

I have a wealth of experience and qualifications. I have

NVQ Level 4 Management in Health & Social Care

Registered Managers Award

Assessors Award.

I am very much “hands on” and support my team on the floor. I am very approachable and have knowledge, understanding and empathy towards families and residents having had first-hand experience of her father living with Dementia.

Senior Carer
There are Five Senior Carers who are employed as Day Staff and there are three Senior Carers who are employed as Night Staff.
Their role is to administer medication, help prepare care-plans, risk assessment and support the manager/deputy in the smooth running of the Home.
Senior Care staff have under gone all aspects of mandatory and specialist training and are fully fit to lead and guide care assistants when on duty.



Care Assistants
Richmond Court employs around 15+ Care Assistants. They are fully training and have under gone an induction programme tailored to the care homes needs. Care assistants are encouraged with further training to enhance their continuous professional development.
All care assistants have a clean DBS.
Night care staff are fully trained and have the skills and confidence to manage the care home at night times.
Cooks
Richmond Court employs two cooks who work shifts all week. They are fully trained in food hygiene and food nutrition. They are also trained in fire safety and also have gained other training certificates such as Health and Safety and Moving and Handling to enhance their continuous professional development.

Domestic
Richmond Court employees a domestic 5 days a week to clean the whole home to insure that the living environment is respectable and dignified. The domestic is fully trained in Health and Safety, Infection control, Fire Safety and other mandatory courses.
